Craig S. Kenesky, Ph.D. advises technology companies, emerging ventures, and investors on IP strategy, patent portfolio development, protection, and commercialization across a range of advanced technologies. His practice includes U.S. and international patent prosecution, freedom-to-operate and due diligence analyses, opinion work, portfolio management, and strategic IP counseling. He represents clients in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, healthcare, genomics, medical devices, chemicals, energy, clean technology, and software. Craig also conducts IP diligence for corporate and venture capital transactions and develops non-infringement and invalidity strategies for pharmaceutical clients.
Craig earned his J.D. from Rutgers University, his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, and his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University. He also completed a fellowship at Columbia University focused on artificial enzymes, synthetic organic nanowires, and related technologies.
