Ilana Gotlib, JD/MBA, is the founder of ILG Consulting LLC, where she helps medical device founders communicate their value propositions to build investor confidence and drive strategic exits. She specializes in translating complex clinical data and regulatory roadmaps into compelling, fundable business cases that prove commercial viability. Ilana brings 20 years of legal and corporate leadership experience bridging startup agility with corporate diligence. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development in Stryker’s Digital, Robotics, and Enabling Technologies division. Her expertise in strategic growth, stakeholder mapping, and partnership management is rooted in impactful roles at Philips Health Systems, Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes, and as a litigation attorney. Today, Ilana provides early-stage innovators and investors with an “insider’s lens” on exactly how major strategics evaluate, partner with, and ultimately acquire emerging healthcare technologies.
