Nahrin Marino is Interim General Counsel and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Astellas, with more than 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Since joining Astellas in 2010, she has advanced through senior Legal and Ethics & Compliance leadership roles—including Head of Legal, Head of Ethics & Compliance Americas, and Deputy General Counsel—leading global teams, advising senior executives, and helping shape enterprise risk, compliance, regulatory, quality, and litigation strategy. She is a trusted executive partner known for building high-performing teams and delivering commercially grounded guidance that advances strategic business objectives.
