Jeroen Schoenmakers is an Investment Analyst at Écart Invest, an evergreen private equity investor focused on long-term value creation via buy-and-build and organic growth initiatives. He has more than three years of investment experience across private equity, private debt and real assets.

At Écart Invest, Jeroen is involved throughout the full investment lifecycle, including origination, valuation, acquisition financing, transaction execution, and post-acquisition value creation. He has worked on growth equity and leveraged buyout transactions involving companies with EBITDA ranging from approximately €1 million to €8 million. He is involved in developing financing strategies aimed at improving portfolio performance and capital efficiency.

Previously, Jeroen worked at institutional asset manager MN, where he managed valuations of illiquid investments and contributed to two secondary transactions. His experience combines institutional investment discipline with an entrepreneurial approach to portfolio development, capital allocation, and financing strategies.
