Max Brem is responsible for the Group Investments & Financing function at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), the world's largest dedicated fund manager within greenfield renewable energy investments, with approximately EUR 37 billion raised across 15 funds from around 200 institutional investors.

In his role, Max deploys CIP's balance sheet as well as optimizes the capital structure at group level, covering corporate funding, liquidity and financing solutions that support the CIP's continued growth. Most recently, he led CIP's debut US private placement issuance in early 2026, establishing CIP as a new name in the market.
