Lorenz Richter is the co-founder and CTO of dida, where he leads the company's research and development efforts in applied machine learning. Alongside his industry leadership, he serves as a research associate at the Zuse Institute Berlin, focusing on the theoretical and computational foundations of machine learning and stochastic analysis. His academic research explores topics including diffusion-based generative modeling, stochastic optimal control, neural PDEs, and high-dimensional sampling.
