Eric M. Bisman is Managing Director and Corporate Treasurer at Redwood Trust, where he leads treasury strategy, liquidity and capital management, financing execution, and strategic banking and counterparty relationships. He oversees credit facilities and financing initiatives across Redwood’s residential and business-purpose lending platforms.

Prior to joining Redwood in March 2025, Mr. Bisman was Senior Director and Head of Capital Markets Funding at Ally Financial, where he was responsible for balance sheet strategy solutions spanning secured and unsecured funding, credit risk transfer initiatives, and whole loan sales in support of capital optimization and growth. He previously held leadership roles within Ally’s Capital Markets investment portfolio, with responsibility for Non-Agency RMBS and Consumer ABS investments, and he also led non-agency residential whole loan bulk activities focused on mortgage acquisitions and bulk sales. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Securitization practice, advising clients on RMBS and ABS transactions. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
