Mike Shannon is the Co-Founder and CEO of Impruve, the AI-sidekick that solves “execution leak” and helps bridge the gap between plans and results for businesses of all sizes.


Prior to founding Impruve, Mike was the Co-Founder and CEO of Packback, the leading AI-powered writing improvement tool in US Higher Education, which in 2024 was successfully acquired and named by Time as one of the “World’s Top Education Companies.”


Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Illinois State University.
