Ash Mohammed is a senior financial services executive with more than 19 years’ experience leading enterprise risk, transformation, technology and operational resilience across complex, highly regulated organisations. As Head of Operational Risk Frameworks, Systems & Insights at NatWest Group, he leads the design and embedding of group-wide operational and non-financial risk frameworks, supporting systems and data capabilities, and provides insight and challenge to Executive and Board committees. His career spans major change portfolios, payments, digital and AI-enabled risk management, fraud, cyber, resilience, conduct, product strategy and commercial ownership. Ash is also an experienced Non-Executive Director and Board Chair, serving with NatWest Social & Community Capital and chairing the national charity Move On. He is a passionate advocate for inclusive leadership, social mobility and responsible business.
