Helen L’Abbate is Deputy Director, Research and Information at ORX, the world's largest operational risk association. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, she leads the delivery and development of ORX's research, products and services, supporting members globally across operational risk, resilience, cyber risk, scenario analysis, and risk leadership.

Since joining ORX in 2022, Helen has worked closely with financial institutions around the world to identify emerging risk trends, share industry insights, and support the advancement of operational and non-financial risk management practices. Prior to ORX, she held a number of senior risk management and internal audit roles within UK financial services organisations.
