Raphael has more than 25 years of experience in risk management and compliance across insurance, banking and professional services.

Prior to joining Generali, he held a range of senior risk and compliance leadership roles in the insurance sector, including Chief Risk Officer positions. Earlier in his career, he worked in consulting and advisory roles, supporting mergers and acquisitions and leading large-scale risk and regulatory transformation programmes.

Raphael is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Risk Management (CMIRM).
