Pedro Morales, CFA, CAMS, is the Director and Global Head of AML/Sanctions Compliance for Google. Pedro oversees global screening, verifications, and monitoring operations as well as data analytics for Payments Compliance. He joined Google in 2022 to Head the Enterprise Risk Management for Payments. Prior to Google, Pedro served as a commissioned examiner at the Federal Reserve System in the U.S., overseeing the supervision of large and foreign banking operations as the Head of Data & Analytics amongst other roles. Pedro started his career as a consultant and later joined the risk team of Santander's Corporate and Investment Banking division. Pedro is a graduate of Deusto University, holds an MS in Finance from Georgetown University, and is a CFA charterholder as well as CAMS.
