Mr. Richard Look Kin CFA, PRM is the Chief Risk Officer of The Belize Bank and is an Executive Director of both The Belize Bank and Belize Bank International. He has over 24 years of experience in the financial services sector having worked at Citi, RBC, the Caribbean Development Bank and First Citizens Group Financial Holdings in roles spanning corporate and investment banking, investment management and enterprise risk management.

As a member of the bank’s Executive Management Committee and in his role as Chief Risk Officer, provides strategic leadership for the Risk and Compliance teams which encompasses the management and oversight of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework as well as the AML/CFT/CPF and Sanctions Compliance frameworks.
