Andrew is an expert in business model innovation and strategy formulation and execution, with a broad background in guiding medium to large enterprises within the government and corporate domains. He is a skilled facilitator, co-author of two books, and leadership mentor, boasting over 15 years of C-level interaction. In 2023, he was ranked in the top 10 thought leaders for Business Strategy and Innovation by Thinkers360.

Currently following his doctorate at the Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland, Andrew comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience in strategy, leadership, OKR, Balanced Scorecard, process improvement and project management. As a facilitator, Andrew has used his education and experience to develop engaging and interactive workshops on strategy formulation & execution, leadership, business model design, and value proposition.

With an MBA in Strategy and Business Model Innovation and hands-on experience with IBM, Roche, NEC and Symrise, Andrew has been heavily involved in strategy and innovation. From lecture halls to boardrooms across the UK, Europe, the US, India, and the Middle East, he has firsthand knowledge of what it takes to turn a vision into reality. As a consultant, he helps companies navigate complexity, turning uncertainty into opportunity and strategy into action. He believes that strategy is more than planning—it's about making clear choices about what to do and what not to do and this is the experience that he brings to the course.
