Sibulele Ndandani, CFA, is a seasoned investment professional with a specific focus on private market investments for institutional investors particularly pension funds. With over 20 years of experience in financial services including banking, credit risk management, project and infrastructure finance, private debt and equity investments. Her expertise spans across the funding life cycle including origination, structuring and execution transactions, portfolio monitoring, restructuring, and exit management.

In her current role as an investment manager at the GEPF, she leads the Africa-focused private markets team channelling investments in debt, equity and infrastructure investments. She develops the private markets investment strategy and source investment opportunities.
