Profile

Simon is a Managing Partner and serves as Head of Global Technology at Tower Peak Partners, based in the firm’s London office. In this role, he leads the firm’s global technology strategy, architecture, data and analytics platforms, cybersecurity, and digital transformation agenda, ensuring that technology enables scalable investment operations, regulatory compliance, and datadriven decision-making across all offices and investment strategies.

Prior to joining Tower Peak, Simon was Vice President at R3, where he led Enterprise Architecture and oversaw the Chief Architect community, while also acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee on technology direction, market trends, and innovation. He represented the firm in industry forums, client engagements, and strategic partner relationships.

Before R3, Simon was a Technology Partner and investor-advisor at fintech start-up Vabble, where he worked closely with the Founder and CEO to design and build a scalable cloud-and-AI-driven trade finance platform for institutional investors.

Earlier in his career, Simon served as asset management technology consultant at Accenture, where he led technology strategy for UBS Asset Management following the Credit Suisse acquisition.

Simon spent more than two decades at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, holding a series of increasingly senior leadership roles, including EMEA Head of Fixed Income Technology, Global Head of Liquidity Solutions Technology, and Managing Director and EMEA Head of Asset Management Technology. His responsibilities spanned front-office trading platforms, risk systems, data infrastructure, regulatory transformation programmes, and large-scale global engineering teams across Europe, the US, and India. He also played a key role in major integration initiatives, including the NN Investment Partners acquisition.

Simon holds a BSc, First Class Honours, in Computer Science with Industrial Experience from the University of Manchester.
