Amanda is an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she serves as a strategic financial leader and trusted partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial operations and planning. She leads the finance, accounting, treasury, tax, legal, risk management, human resources and compliance functions, ensuring the integrity, transparency and timeliness of financial reporting and efficient operations. Amanda is responsible for financial forecasting, budgeting, capital allocation, risk management and optimizing the company’s capital structure to support sustainable growth and long-term shareholder value.

Amanda has been in asset management for over 20 years, serving as a CFO and CCO, as well as in operational roles for private equity, hedge funds, and venture capital funds. Prior to joining Ridgepost, Amanda was the CFO of PetroCap, White Deer Energy, and several micro-venture capital funds as a consulting CFO. Amanda also previously served as Accounting Director for a large family office and a publicly traded asset manager, Sanders Morris Harris/Edelman Financial Group. She began her career as an audit manager at Grant Thornton for publicly traded energy, hospitality and financial service firms.

Amanda is an Independent Director for Granite Ridge Resources, (NYSE: GRNT), a publicly traded energy company, and serves as the Chairwoman of the Audit Committee and member of the Conflicts, Environmental, Social and Governance and Compensation Committees. She is also a Board Member of the Texas Chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association. Amanda is a member of several leadership communities, including the Young President’s Organization (YPO) and the CNBC CFO Council.

Amanda received a BBA, Summa Cum Laude, in Accounting from the University of Houston-Downtown and is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas.
