Joined Tokio Marine Asset Management in 2017. Engaged in sourcing investment opportunities, due diligence, monitoring, performance analysis, and investor reporting related to private equity and private credit investments. Since July 2026, has concurrently served as Head of Investment Strategy, supporting the Chief Investment Officer.

Previously served as Senior Director at a public-private fund, responsible for investments in the food and agribusiness sector. Prior to that, spent 17 years at Mizuho Bank in Tokyo and New York, primarily involved in LBO finance and private equity investments.

He holds an LL.B. from Waseda University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
