Caitlin Dullanty is co-founder and General Partner of Backcountry Ventures, a new fund investing in AI infrastructure, quantum computing, and cybersecurity. She began her career in equity research at Bank of America covering aerospace, defense, and industrials, before moving to the buy side at Capital Group, one of the world's largest asset managers. She subsequently spent four years at IBM Ventures' $500M Enterprise AI Fund, where she led seed investments in AI training infrastructure, model routing, and code quality, and supported the portfolio across data, security, quantum, and computer vision at the early stage.
