Matthew Semino is a Senior Director within the Global Family Office at BNY Wealth. Based in New York, he develops new client opportunities and delivers the firm’s full suite of solutions to family offices across the U.S. and internationally.

Prior to joining BNY Wealth, Matthew spent four years at J.P. Morgan Private Bank where he worked with UHNW and family office clients to provide innovative cross-firm solutions. He previously held roles at Bridgewater Associates and Bessemer Trust where he led the strategic development of its Family Office Management division. Matthew started his career as a corporate attorney, focused on M&A and securities transactions.

Matthew earned a B.S. (honors) from Cornell University where he was a recipient of the Harry S. Truman scholarship and a J.D. from Columbia Law School. He was a Fulbright Scholar at the National University of Singapore and completed studies at the London School of Economics.
