Ygal Cohen founded ASG Capital in July 2008 in Miami, USA. Before founding ASG Capital, Ygal spent over twelve years working for various Wall Street firms including Prudential-Wachovia Securities (Senior Vice President- Investments), Wells Fargo Securities (Director-Investments), and Jefferies Inc. (Senior Vice President- Investments).Ygal is in charge of Portfolio Management. He is specialized in Credit instruments including Preferred Securities, Subordinated Debt, Hybrid Corporate Bonds and Private Lending.
