Alex Tishakov has >14 year tenure in financial services and strategic advisory, executed >35 investment and M&A transactions and served as a board member of several regional #1 sector players.

He is currently Executive Director at Signet Global based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Previously Alex served as Director at Ajlan and Brothers Holding, a top-5 private sector conglomerate in MENA. He spent >5 years at private equity arm of #2 largest bank in CEE and QInvest, a top-3 Islamic financial institution in Qatar. He initiated his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs followed by Merrill Lynch.

Alex also led venture funding and secondary buyout in a number of startups, incl. #1 e-grocer in CEE and top-5 fastest growing QSR-chain in EMEA, and provides strategic advice to early stage entities within human needs (incl. neurotech, e-grocery and QSR) and fundamental (cybersecurity and data protection) sectors of economy.
