She leads the strategy, development, and management of alternative investments, fee-based advisory, and expanded brokerage offerings, with a focus on driving growth, accelerating advisor and client adoption, and translating investment innovation into measurable commercial outcomes.

Previously, as Head of Alternative Investments at Fidelity, Fei shaped the strategic vision for a multi-asset platform that broadened access to private markets across diverse investment structures and liquidity profiles.

Earlier, during more than a decade at JPMorgan, she held senior leadership roles, including Managing Director and Head of the Investment Solutions & Advisory Platform for Wealth Management.
