Todd Breeden has served as a Managing Director and Head of VC at Jefferies since 2022, where he oversees direct, secondary, and fund investments for the Jefferies Venture Access Fund. He focuses on building institutional-quality venture exposure across private company investments, emerging managers, and secondary opportunities.

Todd holds a BA in Economics from Georgetown University, where he was a two-time collegiate national champion sailor, and an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he is a frequent guest lecturer.
