Lili is the managing director for Alternative Investments at First Capital Global Management. Lili led the origination and execution of funds and direct investments for the firm and the Group. She also manages the team for the structuring and asset allocation. Before FCGM, Lili was the founding partner of Asia-focused placement firm Finex Hong Kong Limited. Lili has a track record of close to $1bn by advising private equity, real estate, private credit, and venture capital funds and deals across the firm. She also worked at Luxembourg-based EUR2.5b AUM asset manager Finex Group in Investor Relations and also at ING Luxembourg, etc.

Lili holds a bachelor's in economics from Wuhan University of Technology and two Master’s from ESM-IAE Business School and University of Lorraine.
