Mr. Zales is the Global Head of Investor Relations for Orion Resource Partners. Before joining Orion in March 2020, Mr. Zales was a Managing Director at Kimmeridge Energy, where he held a similar role. Mr. Zales began his private equity investor relations and fundraising career in the Alternatives Advisory and Placement Group at Lehman Brothers.

Education: BS in Applied Economics, Summa Cum Laude (Cornell University), MBA (Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management).
