Michael Zhang (Sheng Zhang) is the Chief Executive Officer of TTGG Ventures, a China-based venture capital firm with a 26-year investment track record in hard tech sectors. The firm has invested in more than 200 portfolio companies, with 55 portfolio companies successfully listed on domestic and overseas capital markets, including Changchuan Technology (300604.SZ), Hanshow Technology (301275.SZ), Xi’an Eswin (688783.SH), and Sigenergy (06656.HK).

With 13 years of investment experience, Michael specializes in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities across advanced manufacturing, new energy, and new materials. He has received numerous industry accolades, including being named by ChinaVenture as one of China’s Top 100 Private Equity Investors for five consecutive years from 2021 to 2025.

Michael holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Law and Economics from Peking University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley.
