Yoonho Shin is the CEO and Managing Partner of BASS Ventures, one of Korea’s leading early-stage venture capital firms. Founded in 2018, BASS Ventures backs exceptional founders at the earliest stages and partners closely with them to build category-defining technology companies.

Yoonho has more than 10 years of experience in venture capital, with a particular focus on early-stage Deep tech, Consumer Service and AI-native companies. He has invested in and worked closely with a broad range of Korean startups, gaining a front-row perspective on the evolution of Korea’s technology and venture ecosystem.

His current investment interests include AI-native businesses, consumer AI, and emerging technologies that can scale beyond Korea into global markets. He is also actively engaged with the broader global venture ecosystem, particularly across Korea and Silicon Valley.
