Kasia Piasecki is Managing Director of European Women in VC, the largest community of female venture and growth investors in Europe. She is an Obama Leader Europe, recognized for her work on capital access, venture inclusion and Europe’s innovation financing architecture.

Kasia works across capital, venture and innovation, connecting founders, investors, corporations and public institutions to support Europe’s startup and scale-up economy. She began her career in investment banking in Germany at Lazard, Rothschild and Berenberg, advising on M&A and private-equity-backed transactions. She later spent more than a decade as a founder, entrepreneur and advisor to early-stage technology companies. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bonn.
