Nikola began his career in investment banking at UniCredit Zagrebačka banka, where he worked on some of the most prominent capital markets and corporate finance transactions in Croatia and South-East Europe, serving as Head of the bank’s Corporate Finance department.He later led the bank’s Large Corporates segment before joining Infobip, where he headed the company’s M&A-driven growth at a critical stage of its global expansion. In 2021, together with his partners, he set out to build AYMO Ventures, applying his end-to-end experience as advisor, operator, and investor to backing ambitious companies. As a Partner, he plays a key role across investment, strategy, and execution, supporting portfolio companies through AYMO’s fund and accelerator as they scale internationally.
