Nico has been a procurement professional for over 20 years and has led category buying for the packaging, contract manufacturing and IT spend area's. He has worked across Europe, Asia and North America, building and developing procurement teams and their skills. He has specialised in Digital Procurement Technology as he initiated and drove the Source to Pay Digital Transformation for Procter & Gamble globally from 2014 to 2020.
This transformation has been a huge success as the spend under management increased from 70% to 95% while creating a lot of transparency and control. It also saved about 80% of the Business Process Outsourcing costs for managing Purchase Orders and Invoices as PO's became contract or catalog based and invoices became electronic.
With this experience, Nico decided to start a new business in Digital Procurement with the aim to advance digital procurement and help companies achieve more value from it.
