Dominic is team leader of HMRC’s Transfer Pricing (Competent Authority) Team. His current responsibility encompasses MAP and APA leadership for transfer pricing, PE and profit attribution issues. Dominic also spent three years in a Big 4 firm as an Associate Partner advising on transfer pricing. Dominic is Co-Vice Chair of the OECD’s Working Party 6. He was also UK delegate to the OECD’s WP6’s Financial Transactions project and BEPS Action 14 Making Dispute Resolution Mechanisms More Effective.
