Kenny brings over 13 years of experience in the 340B space, having built a career across different stakeholders. He began his 340B career at a large health system before joining Apexus, where he spent seven years contributing to both the Sourcing and Policy & Compliance Teams. Kenny subsequently held strategic roles at Merck and healthcare technology firm Kalderos, broadening his expertise across the 340B ecosystem. He currently serves as 340B Strategy Director at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS).

Kenny is a licensed pharmacist and holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy.
