Edgar Buksevics is an Executive Vice President at JLL and leads the Capital Markets services in British Columbia, Canada. Edgar is directly involved in transaction origination, execution, and advisory across all major real estate asset classes. Based in Vancouver, Edgar works alongside an established and experienced team assisting a broad spectrum of institutional and private sector clients with real estate transactions and capital solutions of varying scale and complexity. Prior to joining JLL’s national Capital Markets team in 2024, Edgar began his real estate career in 2007 in Europe, and permanently relocated to Canada in 2010 where he joined the Vancouver office of another major international real estate advisory firm. After initial years in an analyst role, Edgar formally transitioned to capital markets and investment sales in 2013. Since then, Edgar has been directly involved in executing over $8.5 billion of real estate transactions primarily across office, multi-family rental, retail, and development land asset classes mainly in Western Canada and select markets nationally.
