Gary E. Lee is Managing Director, Residential with overall responsibility for the company's national multi-residential platform. Gary has over 30 years of multi-family and senior housing experience in asset management, acquisitions and dispositions (core and value-add opportunities), development, financing, and property management. Prior to joining BGO in 2016, Gary held several senior roles in industry leading residential companies, including Realstar and GWL Realty Advisors. Gary holds an MSc in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University and a BA in Economics.
