Josh is a Vice President at Harrison Street Asset Management, based in Toronto. He is also the Assistant Portfolio Manager for Harrison Street’s Canada Alternative Real Estate Fund, which has quickly grown to more than $2B of AUM since formation less than five years ago. Josh is focused on the firm’s Canadian investment vehicles where he leads efforts directing investment strategy, capital allocation, research, investor relations and reporting.

Prior to joining Harrison Street, Josh worked at Dream Asset Management, working within the Portfolio Management group on the firm’s open-ended real estate funds and publicly traded entities. Josh holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Finance from Queen’s University and is a CFA® charterholder.
