Please review your sponsorship agreement to ensure you are entitled to a Tech Stand.

Key Tech Stand Hours

Monday, July 20

8:00am – 2:00pm

Tuesday, July 21

7:00am – 3:30pm

Wednesday, July 22

7:00am – 3:30pm

What comes with my Tech Stand?

Each Tech Stand will be prominently displayed in the event foyer space and includes:

(1) 1 meter counter with graphic panel including sponsor logo
Sponsor may send collateral to be displayed on top of the counter only

Please note: No pop-up banners or displays are allowed

What's NOT included?

Electrical, Internet+A/V is not included. Order with Five-Star A/V - we will have basic Wi-Fi available at the event.

Certificate of Insurance

A Certificate of Insurance is MANDATORY for all sponsors who have a display. Please email a copy of your COI to Sales@rainprotection.net by July 10.

Insurance Certificate must be issued prior to the 1st day of the month of the conference and should expire after the last day of the month of the conference.
