Ed Swenson is the President of RFG Advisory. A dynamic leader in financial services, Ed brings over 25 years of experience building and scaling enterprise relationships, sales teams, and product delivery.
As EVP and President of RIA Solutions at Osaic, Ed championed an advisor-centric environment across a network powering over 11,000 financial advisors and approximately $250B in fee-centric assets.
Prior to Osaic, Ed co-founded Dynasty Financial Partners, a premier platform services provider for independent financial advisors. During his nearly 14-year tenure, he helped grow the firm from $0 to over $60B in assets, establishing Dynasty as a leading force in independent wealth management and a go-to resource for wirehouse breakaway advisors.
Earlier in his career, Ed held roles at Legg Mason as a Portfolio Manager and at Citigroup Global Markets as Vice President, where he oversaw a $30B managed money trading desk.
