Keith Soura is Head of Engineering, Product, & Design at Better, the first AI-powered mortgage fintech to fund more than $100B in mortgages. He leads product and platform teams building mortgage lending technology — weaving predictive and conversational models into highly regulated SaaS products. With over a decade of FinTech experience under his belt, Keith has previously served as CTO of VERO and Platform Engineer at Blend; experiences that helped hone his craft in scaling cloud SaaS architectures and data-driven decision engines. He also previously served on the Board of MISMO (Mortgage Industry’s Standards Organization) where he worked alongside dynamic professionals to help democratize data access across the banking industry.

Keith is an inventor on U.S. patents for secure, event-driven financial data exchange, underscoring his focus on trustworthy AI and integration at enterprise scale.
