Pranay has over 15 years of experience in financial services across different functions and verticals at TD. He currently serves in TD's Canadian Personal Banking's Branch Banking and Delivery Excellence function. In this role, Pranay leads a team focused on GenAI use cases in branches and is the Product Owner of TD Virtual Assistant. Prior to his current role, Pranay has led Payments strategy for TD, and worked in various roles from delivery, project execution, governance, and risk. He holds an MBA from Rotman, University of Toronto and has a bachelor's from IIT Delhi. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, helping newcomers in his community, and supporting charitable initiatives, particularly fundraising for cancer research.
