Amy Horn serves as Vice President of Property Management for Mill Creek Residential's Build-to-Rent (BTR) platform, where she leads operations for the company's growing Amavi brand. She joined Mill Creek in 2017 as part of the multifamily team before transitioning to the BTR platform in 2021. Since then, Amy has played an instrumental role in building Mill Creek's BTR property management platform, leading the development of the processes, standards, and strategies that support the portfolio, leveraging Mill Creek's established multifamily operations along the way.

As part of a vertically integrated organization, Amy has a unique perspective on the full lifecycle of a BTR community from early planning and design collaboration through construction, lease-up, stabilization, and long-term operations. This end-to-end involvement allows her to help align development, construction, and property management strategies to create communities that perform well and deliver an exceptional resident experience.
