Dustin Gabriel serves in leading business development activities for DLP Capital. Focused on the financing for the development of Multifamily, Build to Rent and Master Planned communities. Has over 19 years of building relationships with sponsors, owners, brokers and other CRE professionals. Before DLP, he worked in origination, acquisition, development and asset management roles with various private and publicly traded companies including LFB Ventures, Broadmark Realty Capital, Petros PACE Finance (Apollo/Athene Company), Bank OZK (Real Estate Specialties Group) and NGN Capital.

Dustin is a graduate of Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management and holds an MPA with an emphasis in finance. He is a former collegiate athlete and starting Strong Safety on a top 25 nationally ranked Cougar football team.
