Jennifer Stoops is the host of Meet the PM™, an EverResi Media original series featuring candid conversations with the executives, operators and industry leaders shaping the future of residential property management and rental housing.

With more than 20 years of experience across residential real estate, real estate investment and the rental housing industry, Jennifer brings an operator’s and executive perspective to the conversations shaping the sector. Her career has spanned single-family and multifamily property management, institutional real estate, operations, business development, strategic growth, partnerships and mergers and acquisitions.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked closely with property management owners, executives and investors navigating growth, acquisitions, organizational evolution and long-term business planning. Her experience includes evaluating opportunities, supporting acquisition strategy and helping leaders think through the operational, financial and relationship considerations that come with scaling or transitioning a business.

A recognized industry leader, speaker and advocate, Jennifer regularly contributes to conversations surrounding operational performance, leadership, consolidation, innovation and the continued evolution of professionally managed rental housing. She is actively involved with organizations including the National Rental Home Council, NARPM and IMN, and serves on the REI Ink Editorial Advisory Board.
