Rex joined Landmark in 2021 and is responsible for managing the firm’s Build-to-Rent development activity in various markets across the U.S. In this role, Rex identifies, sources, and structures new opportunities and leads them from initial concept through design, entitlement, capitalization, construction, and lease-up. Prior to joining Landmark, Rex worked for The Collier Companies – a multifamily developer based in Central Florida. Rex obtained his BSBA in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida. He lives in Atlanta with his wife Maria and their two children Hollis and Charlie.
