David leads DB2RE’s IOS platform, one of the most active IOS brokerage teams in the country. Since 2021, the team has advised on and sourced over 100 IOS acquisitions for many of the largest IOS investors in the U.S., including Zenith, Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV), Ambient Capital, B&D Holdings, and Transport Properties.
