Kristina Chang is CEO of Westlake, where she oversees the firm’s real estate business and direct family office investments. She joined Westlake in 2014 and became CEO in 2022, representing the third generation of the Chang family to lead the business. Kristina brings extensive experience across real estate acquisitions, portfolio management, and operations. Prior to Westlake, she worked at Equity One, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management. Kristina holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College.
