Nerses AposhianVice President – Acquisitions at IDS Real Estate GroupSpeaker
Profile
As Vice President of Acquisitions at IDS Real Estate Group, I’m part of a dynamic team that sources, underwrites, and acquires value-add industrial, office, IOS (industrial outdoor storage), and retail investments and development deals across the western United States. Beyond acquisitions, I represent a select group of tenants in leasing or acquiring space throughout Los Angeles County and assist with IDS’s new business development efforts in property management, construction management, leasing, and joint ventures with capital partners.
I also serve on the City of La Cañada Flintridge Planning Commission, where I help review and guide residential, commercial, and institutional development to ensure projects align with city regulations and community goals.
At Merdinian Armenian Evangelical School, a preschool through middle school that shaped my early years, I serve as Chair of the Board of Directors and have been a member of the board for going on seven years. Under the Board’s leadership, the school has nearly doubled enrollment, improved teacher compensation, and invested in facilities and leadership to strengthen its mission of faith, community, and excellence.
I’m passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, which led me to co-host The Founder Hour podcast from 2018 to 2024, where we interviewed and learned from some of the nation’s most inspiring founders and leaders.
