Nerses Aposhian is a commercial real estate investor and developer serving as Vice President, Investments & Government Affairs at IDS Real Estate Group, where he focuses on acquisitions, entitlements, and investment strategy across the Western United States. During his tenure at IDS, he has been involved in more than $850 million of real estate investments.

Nerses also serves as Vice Chair of the La Cañada Flintridge Planning Commission. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School.

A longtime interviewer and former co-host of The Founder Hour podcast, Nerses enjoys leading thoughtful conversations at the intersection of business, real estate, leadership, and community.
