Frank Rizzo is Co-Founder and CEO of Stone Capital Investors and Parkhaven Management, a vertically integrated manufactured housing platform operating 1,500+ lots across 20+ communities in the Southeast and Sunbelt. The platform's focus is community turnarounds: acquiring underperforming or distressed communities and rebuilding them through a culture-first operating approach, backed by in-house sourcing, capital formation, operations, and a centralized sales team.

Frank has spent 12 years exclusively focused on manufactured housing, following two decades in real estate as a broker, owner, and syndicator, including a term as President of his local Board of Realtors. His approach centers on the belief that lasting financial performance in this asset class comes from building genuine community and resident stability first.

Frank also co-hosts The MHP Exchange Podcast with Eric Busuttil, where the two discuss the operating realities of manufactured housing, infill economics, and what it actually takes to turn a struggling community into a place people want to live.
