Profile

I believe in the power of a growth mindset—to evolve, tackle complex challenges, and unlock greater potential in business and life. This philosophy has guided my career, scaling the single-family rental (SFR) sector into sophisticated national platforms for institutional and private equity investors.

My journey began in Chicago commercial real estate with leaders Inland Real Estate and Elmdale Partners. At Elmdale, I grew the Century 21 Affiliated brand into the world’s largest C21 franchise. In 2012, I was recognized nationally as a top broker for acquiring thousands of SFR homes insitutional funds.

As Senior Vice President of Portfolio Services at Renters Warehouse, I built the advisory division during national expansion, delivering end-to-end solutions—sourcing, acquisition, renovation, leasing, and property management—across 40 markets in 25 states while executing key M&A.

Most recently, as Chief Real Estate Officer at Evernest, I drove strategic growth for a leading firm managing over 20,000 single-family and small multifamily properties plus HOAs with billions in assets under management.

Today, as Managing Director of Strategy & Growth at Genstone Financial and Property Services (part of the Fay Financial group), I lead strategic vision and execution for our national SFR property management business and integrated property services platform, including brokerage, construction, insurance, lending, title, maintenance & repairs (R&M), and a proprietary real estate marketplace.

I drive national expansion, scalable operations, technology integration to boost efficiency and profitability, market research, competitive analysis, and innovation to meet evolving investor and resident needs. I collaborate with executive leadership to align strategies with regulatory standards and deliver exceptional service that creates sustainable, long-term value.

The SFR and build-to-rent sectors continue evolving amid supply constraints, shifting capital, and demographic changes. I’m passionate about using vertically integrated services to optimize portfolios and generate resilient returns.

Outside work, I’m an active alpine ski racer and coach, a dedicated rugby player, and I enjoy the outdoors with my family in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. These pursuits strengthen the resilience and discipline I bring to leadership.
