Profile

I lead vendor strategy, pricing alignment, and contractor network performance across the Carolinas and Tennessee for FirstKey Homes, one of the nation’s largest single-family rental housing providers.

My work focuses on building scalable vendor ecosystems that drive operational consistency, cost discipline, and strong resident outcomes across thousands of homes and a diverse contractor network.

Contractor partnerships are a critical lever in property performance, and in my experience, most vendor programs don’t struggle because of vendor capability, but because of misalignment between data, expectations, and field execution.

That’s where I focus:
• Aligning vendor capacity with market demand
• Translating performance data into real operational decisions
• Driving consistency in how vendors are selected, managed, and scaled across markets

Across my markets, I lead initiatives spanning strategic sourcing, onboarding optimization, performance management, and vendor engagement. This includes facilitating multi-market vendor summits and implementing performance-based selection tools designed to improve accountability, utilization, and overall execution.

A key part of my role is bridging field operations with data-driven strategy, ensuring that pricing, performance, and vendor selection are not only competitive, but also actionable in real-world conditions.

Prior to FirstKey Homes, I supported large-scale contractor networks and installed service programs with Lowe’s and The Home Depot, contributing to national program execution and multi-market vendor strategy. I also founded an IoT solutions business and later led contractor training initiatives at Payzer, helping service providers adopt technology and improve operational efficiency.

I believe strong vendor networks are built through clarity, accountability, and alignment,
not just relationships.
